About Steve (he/him)
Driven to help others achieve their dreams, Steve brings a strong set of well-honed skills to real estate. After graduating from Queen’s Commerce Steve spent 13 years as an award-winning marketer leading some of Canada’s biggest packaged goods brands. Deciding it was time for a change after the pandemic upended life as we know it, Steve wanted to roll up his sleeves and help others achieve big life goals, putting his good instincts, strategic mindset, analytical prowess and honest attitude to work. Now in his 5th year as a Realtor, he’s transacted over 160 properties and has grown his business every year since he started.
For Steve, making the transition from the boardroom to real estate is a natural fit. He genuinely loves Toronto - a city where he is a property owner and has lived for over 18 years. He also loves working with people and truly understanding their “brief” - he has often helped clients run detailed spreadsheets outlining their total monthly life and property carrying costs so they feel confident that their new home won’t leave them feeling stretched too thin. He employs a data-driven, high due-diligence, low pressure approach to real estate. He is deeply dedicated to looking out for his clients’ best interests and prides himself on bringing clarity and calm to chaotic situations.
When he’s not helping clients Steve can be found cutting up the ice in Toronto’s Gay Hockey League (TGHA) where he has served as a board member, jamming out on his tenor sax or exploring the north with friends.
